交泰丸联合乌灵胶囊治疗心肾不交型失眠临床研究

目的:观察交泰丸联合乌灵胶囊治疗心肾不交型失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取心肾不交型失眠患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组给予乌灵胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合交泰丸治疗。比较2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、胰岛素抵抗及空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)变化,并观察2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组PSQI各单项评分及总分均降低;且观察组PSQI各单项评分及总分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及血清脂联素水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组HOMA-IR及血清脂联素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FBG、P2hBG水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组FBG、P2hBG水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:交泰丸联合乌灵胶囊治疗心肾不交型失眠患者的临床疗效较好,可改善胰岛素抵抗,促进血糖恢复,提高睡眠质量,用药安全。

Clinical Study on Jiaotai Pills Combined with Wuling Capsules for Insomnia of Heart- Kidney Noninteraction Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiaotai pills combined with Wuling capsules for insomnia of heartkidney noninteraction type. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with insomnia of heart-kidney noninteraction type were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Wuling capsules and the observation group was additionally treated with Jiaotai pills based on the treatment of the control group. The changes in scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),insulin resistance,fasting blood glucose(FBG) and postprandial 2 h blood glucose(P2 hBG) in the two groups were compared;the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate was 96.00% in the observation group, higher than that of 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the individual and total scores of PSQI in the two groups were decreased, and the individual and total scores of PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) and serum adiponectin in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FBG and P2 hBG in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The application of Jiaotai pills combined with Wuling capsules has good clinical effect in treating patients with insomnia of heart-kidney noninteraction type, which can improve insulin resistance, promote the recovery of blood glucose and enhance sleep quality with medication safety.
