高效抗逆转录病毒治疗联合健脾益肾方对无症状期艾滋病患者中医症候积分及 CD4+ T 细胞数量的影响

目的观察高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)联合健脾益肾方对艾滋病患者无症状期中医症候积分及CD4^+T淋巴细胞数量的影响。方法本研究纳入艾滋病无症状期患者60例,使用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组30例。对照组予HAART治疗,治疗组予HAART联合健脾益肾方中药内服治疗,疗程12个月。纳入患者在疗程开始前、疗程结束后进行中医症候总积分及CD4^+T淋巴细胞数量测定,判定两组临床疗效。结果与本组治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后中医症候积分降低,两组CD4^+T淋巴细胞数增加(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后中医症候积分降低,CD4^+T淋巴细胞数增加(P<0.01)。同时治疗组中医症候治疗总有效率[100.0%(30/30)]高于对照组[46.7%(14/30),χ2=25.577,P=0.000]。结论HAART联合健脾益肾方中药治疗可改善艾滋病无症状期患者的临床症状、提升CD4^+T淋巴细胞数量,对艾滋病无症状期的维持或许具有积极的临床作用。

Clinical Study of Highly Active Anti-retroviral Therapy Combined with Jianpi Yishen Decoction on TCM Syndrome and CD4^+T Cells in Asymptomatic Stage of AIDS

Objective To observe the effects of highly active anti-retroviral therapy(HAART)combined with the Jianpi Yishen Decoction on the Chinese medical syndrome score and CD4^+T lymphocyte count in asymptomatic stage in patients with AIDS.Methods A total of 60 asymptomatic AIDS patients were included in this study and assigned to control group and treatment group(30 cases,respectively)by random number table.The control group was treated with HAART and the treatment group with HAART combined with oral administration of Jianpi Yishen Decoction for 12 months.The Chinese medical syndrome score and CD4^+T lymphocyte count of the patients included were determined before and after the course to compare the clinical effects between the two groups.Results Compared with the same group before the treatment,the posttreatment Chinese medical syndrome score in the treatment group decreased,the CD4^+T lymphocyte count in both groups increased(P<0.01,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the post-treatment Chinese medical syndrome score in the treatment group decreased,the CD4^+T lymphocyte count increased(P<0.01).Meanwhile,the overall response rate of Chinese medical syndrome in the treatment group[100.0%(30/30)]was higher than that in the control group[46.7%(14/30),χ~2=25.577,P=0.000].Conclusion The combination of HAART and Jianpi Yishen Decoction can improve the symptoms of asymptomatic AIDS patients and increase the number of CD4^+T lymphocytes,and may have positive clinical effects on the maintenance of asymptomatic AIDS.
