T型引流管专用固定腹带在胆道外引流术后的应用

目的：探讨T型引流管专用固定腹带的应用效果。方法：便利选样法选取选择2017年6月至2018年12月行T管引流的67例患者为研究对象,设计T型引流管专用固定腹带并将其应用于67例患者中。结果：67例使用T型引流管专用的固定腹带的患者均掌握腹带使用的正确方法,均未发生T管扭曲、受压以及脱落的情况,均未发生逆行感染,满足早期抬高T管的治疗需求。结论：本实用新型T型引流管专用固定腹带,可以有针对性的将T型管固定,有效预防T型管滑脱,受压,扭曲,有助于T管抬高,利于T管保持通畅,临床使用效果较好,值得临床推广使用。

The application of special fixation abdominal band for T-type drainage tube after biliary drainage

Objective: To investigate the effect of the specialized abdominal belt for T-shaped drainage tube. Methods: From June 2017 to December 2018, 67 patients undergoing T-tube drainage in biliary tract surgery were continuously included and applied with a specialized abdominal belt for T-shaped drainage tube. Results: All of the 67 patients had mastered the correct method of using abdominal bands. None of the T-tubes were twisted, compressed, or detached, and no retrograde infection occurred. Conclusion: The specialized abdominal belt for T-shaped drainage tube can efficiently fix the T-shaped tube, elevate the T-tube, and prevent the T-shaped tube from slipping off, being compressed and twisted. It is worthy of clinical popularization.
