| 摘 要： | 目的 调查海军官兵心理健康状况并对其响因素进行探究分析。 方法 采用军人心理应激自评问卷(PSET)、自动思维问卷(ATQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对整体抽取的海军某部队642名官兵进行问卷调查,分析一般人口学资料,心理应激程度、负性自动化思维及心理健康的相关关系,并进一步回归探究一般人口学资料,心理应激程度与负性自动化思维对心理健康的影响。结果 相关分析显示,心理应激程度、负性自动化思维与心理健康两两正相关(P均＜0.05)；回归分析显示,心理应激程度、负性自动化思维能够显著预测心理健康状况,且负性自动化思维在心理应激程度与心理健康中的中介效应显著(占总效应37.280%),并且一般人口学资料中的人员类别不同,心理健康状况也不同。 结论 心理应激程度和负性自动化思维是影响海军官兵心理健康的重要影响因素,心理应激程度可以直接或间接通过的负性自动化思维中介作用影响官兵的心理健康；士官的心理状况要好于军官的心理健康状况。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mental health status of the naval officers and soldiers, and to explore the influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey including the Psychological Stress Self-evaluation Test (PSET), the Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire(ATQ) and the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) was performed in 642 naval officers and soldiers. Then, we analyzed the correlation between the demographic variables, psychological stress degree, negative automatic thoughts and mental health. Furthermore, we explored the influence of demographic variables, psychological stress degree and negative automatic thoughts on mental health. |
