基于跨理论模型的健康教育在首次诊断癫痫 患儿家长中的应用评价

摘    要:目的探讨基于跨理论模型(TTM)的健康教育应用于首次诊断癫痫患儿家长中的效果。方法选取青岛大学附属医院2018年3月至2019年1月首次诊断的癫痫患儿家长98例为研究对象,将其分为试验组(50例)和对照组(48例),两组患儿均接受系统治疗护理,对照组患儿家长接受常规健康教育,试验组在对照组的基础上予以基于跨理论模型的健康教育。比较两组患儿家长照护行为阶段评估情况,服药依从性及对癫痫相关知识的掌握度。结果干预6个月后,试验组患儿家长照护行为阶段评估优于对照组(P<0.05);患儿服药时间、次数、剂量及坚持服药依从性高于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组患儿家长对癫痫治疗知识、康复知识、并发症预防知识掌握度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于跨理论模型的健康教育应用于首次诊断癫痫患儿家长中能有效改善其照护行为,提高患儿服药依从性和患儿家长对癫痫相关知识的掌握度。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of health education based on the cross theoretical model for the parents of children with epilepsy for the first time. MethodsThe parents of children with epilepsy diagnosed for the first time from March 2018 to January 2019 in Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital were selected and divided into experimental group (50 cases) and control group (48 cases) by the method of simple randomization. The children in both of two groups received systematic care. The parents of the control group received routine health education. And the parents in experimental group received health education based on the cross theoretical model. The parental care behavior, medication compliance and the mastery of knowledge in epilepsy of the two groups were compared. ResultsAfter 6 months of intervention, the parents in the experimental group had better performance in parental care behavior, medication compliance and the mastery of knowledge in the treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of epilepsy compared with the ones in control group (P<0.05). ConclusionsThe application of health education based on the cross theoretical model for the parents of children with epilepsy diagnosed for the first time can effectively improve the caring behavior, medication compliance and the mastery of knowledge in epilepsy.
