Investigation on Tiered Diagnosis and Treatment Implementation via Hospital Perspective

Objective:846 Cases study on dual referral implementation ina CertainGrade-A Tertiary Hospitalvia hospital perspective,in order toreference for both dual referral andtiered diagnosis and treatment healthy developing.Methods:To collect and obtain 846 dual referral inpatient data of Yunnan T hospital from 2016 to 2019,which were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative analysis.Results:There were upper referral inpatients more than lower,lack of dual referral execution or motivation.The referral system was immature.Medical insurance policy was lack of guiding referral.Conclusion:Be benefit to reform of tiereddiagnosis and treatment,it should be to advance medical service alliance establishment,enhanced lower referral motivation,and help primary medical institution to promote medical service,and to establish efficient and unified referralsystem platform,and to reinforce medical insurance policy adjusting and guiding,to accelerate DRG reform.
