消化内科病房复工复产应对新冠肺炎疫情的防控管理策略探讨

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在我国本土已基本控制,防控工作已由应急状态转为常态化。消化内科普通病房时刻面临复工复产与疫情防控的矛盾焦点,做好复工复产与疫情防控“两手抓”是目前的首要工作。本文从患者与家属的管理、医务人员及工勤人员的管理、突发情况及应急策略、落实病区环境管理、加强心理支持及干预5个方面总结了普通病房新冠肺炎疫情复工复产后的防控策略管理,旨在为临床护理管理提供参考。

Discussion on prevention, control and management strategies for the resumption of work and production in the Gastroenterology ward in response to COVID-19 epidemic

CoVID-19 has been basically under control in China, and the prevention and control work has changed from emergency to normal. The general wards are always faced with the contradiction between the resumption of work and production due to the increasing population mobility and agglomeration and the prevention and control of the epidemic. Therefore, it is the top priority for them to do a good job in both work and production resumption and epidemic prevention and control. This paper summarized the prevention and control strategy management of coVID-19 in general wards from five aspects, namely, the management of patients and their families, the management of medical staff and workers, emergency situation and emergency strategy, the implementation of environmental management in wards, and the strengthening of psychological support and intervention, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing management.
