长针恢刺结合水针穴位注射对第三腰椎横突症的疗效观察

目的:观察长针恢刺结合水针穴位注射治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:将90例观察对象随机分为针药组、针刺组和水针组,每组均30例。针药组采用长针恢刺结合水针穴位注射联合疗法,长针恢刺取阿是穴、夹脊穴、阳陵泉和委中穴治疗(1次/d,5次/周,共治疗10次),水针穴位注射取阿是穴(1次/3 d,共治疗4次);针刺组采用单独长针恢刺(1次/d,5次/周,共治疗10次);水针组单独采用水针穴位注射法(1次/3 d,共治疗4次)。2周后分析比较治疗前后3组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会下腰痛评分(JOA)和功能障碍指数(ODI)变化。结果:3组治疗后VAS、JOA和ODI评分均较前改善(均P<0.01),且针药组改善程度优于其他两组(均P<0.01)。针药组治疗总有效率为100.0%(30/30),优于针刺组的73.3%(22/30)和水针组的76.6%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长针恢刺结合水针穴位注射法治疗第三腰椎横突综合症疗效优于单独针刺治疗或穴位注射疗法。

Clinical Study of Lateral Needling with Long Needles Combined with Hydro-Acupuncture in Treating Third Lumbar Trans-Verse Process Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of lateral needling with long needles combined with hydro-acupuncture in the treatment of third lumbar trans-verse process syndrome.Methods:90 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the acupuncture and medication group,the acupuncture group and the hydro-acupuncture group,with 30 patients in each group.The acupuncture group was treated with lateral needling Ashi points,Jiaji points,GB34 and BL40 with long needles(once a day,five times a week,a total of 10 times),and the hydro-acupuncture group was treated with hydro-acupuncture on Ashi points(once a day,three days,a total of 4 times);which were both applied in the acupuncture and medication group.The scores of visual analogue score(VAS),Japan Orthopaedic Association(JOA)and disability index(ODI)were analysed before and after two weeks of the treatment in the three groups.Results:The scores of VAS,JOA and ODI were all improved after the treatment in the three groups(P<0.01),and the improvements were more significant in the acupuncture and medication group than those in the other two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the acupuncture and medication group was 100.0%(30/30),which was significantly higher than 73.3%(22/30)of the acupuncture group and 76.6%(23/30)of the hydro-acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of lateral needling with long needles combined with hydro-acupuncture is better than that of single acupuncture or hydro-acupuncture.
