2019冠状病毒肺炎4例不同中医证型的临床验案分析

目的：通过中医十层脉诊治2019新型冠状病毒肺炎（即2019冠状病毒病，COVID-19）的临床思路及疗效分析。方法：南昌大学第一附属医院象湖院区为江西省重症COVID-19患者定点收治医院，笔者将中医药介入治疗的4例患者主要分为4个证型：邪热壅肺证、肝胆郁热证、内闭外脱证及邪遏少阳证。本文从中选择各型典型治愈及好转案例，从舌脉及用药特点等方面予以分析。结果：通过中医十层脉，对COVID-19的常见证型诊治疗效显著。 结论：中医十层脉从肺、肝脉对COVID-19的诊治具有一定的指导意义。

Analysis of the Clinical Cases in 4 Different Kinds of Differentiations about COVID-19

COVID-19 is one kind of infection disease, which was first break out in Wuhan, and it is belonged to pestilence in Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The first affiliated hospital of Nanchang University is the COVID-19-designated hospital, especially for the serious type in Jiangxi province. In the whole 128 patients, who were treated by both western medicine and TCM, we classified them mainly into four syndrome types: the syndrome of pathogenic heat fulfilled in the lung, the syndrome of stagnation heat of the liver and gallbladder, the syndrome of internal closure and external release, and the syndrome of pathogenic factors blocked the Shaoyang channel. This paper would like to analysis the diagnosis and treatment characteristics from tongue and pulse of the typical cases.
