嗅物位在支撑喉镜下喉部暴露困难中的应用

目的 探讨嗅物位在支撑喉镜下喉部暴露困难中的应用。方法 支撑喉镜下喉部手术时,在平卧位和垫肩头后仰位下喉部暴露困难的21例患者,采用嗅物位观察喉部暴露情况,比较不同体位对于喉部暴露的影响。结果 21例患者在嗅物位下喉部暴露程度明显提高,嗅物位对声门暴露优于平卧位和垫肩头后仰位(P<0.05)。结论 支撑喉镜下喉部暴露困难时,嗅物位较平卧位和垫肩后仰位更有利于暴露喉部病变。

Application of sniffer position in solving difficulty of laryngeal exposure under self-retaining laryngoscope

Objective To investigate the application of sniffer position in laryngeal exposure difficulty under self-retaining laryngoscope. Methods During laryngeal surgery with self-retaining laryngoscope, 21 patients who had difficulty in laryngeal exposure under supine position and shoulder pads and head backward position were observed with sniffer position. The effects of different positions on laryngeal exposure were compared. Results The exposure of larynx was significantly increased in 21 patients under sniffer position, and the exposure of glottis at sniffer position was better than that in supine position and shoulder pads and head backward position (P<0.05). Conclusions When laryngeal exposure is difficult under the self-retaining laryngoscope, sniffer position is more beneficial for the exposure of laryngeal lesions than supine position and shoulder pads and head backward position.
