| 摘 要： | 奥马哈系统是一个主要运用于社区的护理运作系统，在我国目前主要应用于各类慢病管理中，本文将对奥马哈系统的理论及应用情况做综述，旨在借鉴国内外研究经验，将其在我国癌症患者的延续性护理应用开展更多、更深入的研究与实践。

| Abstract: | Omaha System is a nursing operation system mainly used in the community, which is mainly used in the management of various chronic diseases in China. This paper will review the theory and application of Omaha System, aiming to learn from the research experience at home and abroad, and carry out more and more in-depth research and Practice on the application of Omaha System in the continuous care of cancer patients in China. |
