磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害疗效观察

目的：观察磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害的疗效。方法：将80例新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。两组均给予常规对症支持治疗,对照组同时给予维生素C 0.5 g加能量合剂静脉滴注,1次/d,10 d为1个疗程,治疗组同时给予磷酸肌酸钠0.5 g/次静脉滴注,1次/d,10 d为1个疗程。观察两组患儿治疗前后症状、体征、心电图改变、心肌酶谱。结果：治疗组的总有效率为87.5%,明显高于对照组67.5%（χ2=4.59,P〈0.05）。治疗组与对照组治疗后在循环改善、心律失常消失、心电图恢复、心肌酶谱恢复等方面比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害疗效显著。

Observation of Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the Treatment of Anoxia Ischemic Mycardiai Injures in Neonates

To observe the effect of creatine phosphate sodium（CP） in the treatment of anoxia ischemic mycardial injures in neonates.Methods： Eighty neonates with ischemia-hypoxia myocardial damage were randomly divided into a treatment group（n=40） and a control group（n=40）.All the neonates were treated with conventional therapy,and on this basis,the treatment group were given CP intravenously,0.5 g every time,once a day,for a course of 10 days.The changed of symptoms,physical signs,electrocardiogram and myocardial enzymogram were observed during the treatment.Results： The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group（P〈0.05）.There was a significant difference between the two groups on the myocardial enzymogram.Conclusions： Creatine phosphate sodium has notable curative effect in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic myocardial damage,and is safe and effective.
