彩色多普勒超声和钼靶摄影及其联用对乳腺疾病的诊断价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)、钼靶摄影及两者联合诊断在乳腺疾病中的应用价值。方法选取经手术病理证实的100例乳腺癌患者(112个病灶)和90例乳腺良性病变患者(105个病灶),将术前超声及钼靶摄片结果与病理结果进行对照,分析它们对乳腺疾病诊断的优弱势。结果 CDUS术前诊断的敏感性为87.5%,特异性为81.9%;钼靶摄片的敏感性为83.0%,特异性为75.2%,两者诊断价值类似(P>0.05)。两者联合诊断的敏感性为97.3%,特异性为85.7%,高于单独的彩超或钼靶诊断(P<0.05)。结论高频彩超检查可作为乳腺疾病诊断的首选方法之一,联合钼靶摄片可充分发挥优势互补,提高诊断敏感性,为术前诊断提供更有价值的参考。

Comparing the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography and mammography in breast lesions

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography, mammography and both combined use in breast disease. Methods We retrospectively studied the results of ultrasonography and mammography of 217 cases of breast diseases confirmed pathologically, including 112 cases of breast cancer and 105 cases of benign lesion. Results Color doppler ultrasonography, mammography and the combined use for breast diseases, the sensitivity was 87.5%, 83.0% and 97.3%, respectively; the specificity was 81.9%, 75.2% and 85.7%, respectively. The combined use was highest in sensi- tivity （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography can be one of the first choices for diagnosing breast diseases. Ultrasonography combined marnmography can increase the sensitivity and provide more valuable reference for breast diseases.
