摘    要:目的调查恶性肿瘤并发下呼吸道感染病原菌分布及耐药情况,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法回顾性分析1 061例恶性肿瘤并发下呼吸道感染住院患者的合格痰标本细菌培养情况及药敏实验结果。结果革兰阴性杆菌为主要致病菌,其次是革兰阳性球菌。药敏结果显示,除了铜绿假单胞菌和流感嗜血杆菌外,其他革兰阴性杆菌对多种常用抗生素耐药率高;革兰阳性球菌中,耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌对利奈唑脘、奎奴达福及利福平也保持较高的敏感性,未发现对万古霉素及替考拉林耐药的菌株。结论应加强细菌药敏实验监测,为肿瘤科病房合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the pathogens distribution and drug resistance status in lower respiratory infection of patients with malignant tumor and provide reliable evidence for ciinical rational use oz~ drugs. Methods The bacterial culture of 1 061 qualified sputums from hospitaled patients with malignant tumor and lower respiratory infection and the results of drug sensitive test were reviewed. Results Gram-negative bacilli was the major patyogen, followed by gram-postive cocci.. K-B drug sensitive test suggested that the resistance rates of other Gram-negative bacilli expect Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Hae- mophilus influenzae to many commonly used antimierobials were higher. The drug resistance of methicillin resistant staphylococ- cus were higher sensistive to Linezolid Wan, Quetiapine slave Dafoe and Rifampicin. There were no vancomycin and teicoplanin resistant stains. Conclusion We should strengthen antimicrobial susceptibility test monitoring to provide guidance for curing and controling infections in Oncology Dept.
