中西医结合治疗上尿路结石60例观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例,对照组40例。治疗组给予西药加中药治疗,对照组单用西药治疗。结果治疗组治愈48例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率96.7%,治愈率为80.0%。对照组治愈24例,有效13例,无效3例,总有效率92.5%,而治愈率为60.0%。两组比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗上尿路结石疗效显著、确切。

The Observation of 60 cases of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat the upper urethra stone

Objecti To observe the clincal curative effect of combining tradtional Chinese and western medicine to treat the upper urethra stone.Method To divide 100 patients into two groups at random,treatment group 60 cases,treated with western medidne and traditional Chinese medicine,contrast group 40 cases only treated with western medicine.Result In treatment group,48 cases were cured,10 cases are effective and 2 has no effect,the total effective rate is 96.7%,cure rate is 80%.In contrast group,24 cases were cured,13 are effective and 3 are of no effect,the total effective rate is 92.5%,while cure rate is 60%.Compared between the two groups,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate(P>0.05) while there exists obvious difference in the cure rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to treat the upper urethra stone is effective and definite.
