治疗性乙肝疫苗免疫效果观察

目的观察治疗性乙肝疫苗的血清学免疫效果。方法观察对象为60例慢性乙肝病人和HBV携带者，分为3组，A组：HBeAg阳性，ALT在正常值2倍以上的肝炎病人，经抗病毒和保肝治疗至ALT正常后注射治疗性乙肝疫苗（重组蛋白疫苗）；B组：抗-HBe阳性者；C组：单纯HBsAg阳性者。ABC3组均每月注射1次，连续注射6次，3组均在第9个月时检验HBV血清标志物5项。结果经过6次以上的治疗性乙肝疫苗的治疗，A组HBsAg无1例转阴，血清学转换率为46．15％，B组的HBsAg转阴率为42．66％（16／38），c组为66．67％（6／9），总体HBsAg的转阴率达31．67％。结论治疗性乙肝疫苗是一种提高自身特异性免疫力的生物制品，在乙肝病毒的血清学转换和转阴方面有着良好的治疗效果，值得推广。

HBsAg negative rate among group B and group C were 42.66% （ 16/38 ）66.67% （ 6/9） respectively, and total HBsAg negative rate accounted for 31.67%. Conclusion ] Therapeutic hepatitis B vaccine is a kind of biological products which can enhance self-specific immunity, and have good effect on hepatitis B serological conversion and HBsAg negativity, so it is suitable for promotion.
