| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2（matrix metalloproteinases，MMP-2）及基质金属蛋白酶-9（matrix metalloproteinases，MMP-9）与乳头状甲状腺癌的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定30例健康者（对照组）和30例甲状腺腺瘤患者及32例乳头状甲状腺癌患者血清中MMP-2和MMP-9的水平，分析其与乳头状甲状腺癌之间的关系。结果乳头状甲状腺癌组血清中MMP-2和MMP-9的水平显著高于甲状腺腺瘤组和健康对照组（P〈0．01）。甲状腺腺瘤组和健康对照组之间没有差异（P〉0．05）。结论血清中MMP-2和MMP-9水平的检测对乳头状甲状腺癌患者的诊断有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of matrix metalloproteinase - 9 （ MMP - 9） and matrix metalloproteinase - 2 （ MMP - 2 ） expression in human papillary thyroid carcinomas. Methods Expression of MMP - 9 and MMP- 2 in serum of 32 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma 30 patients with thyroid adenoma and 30 healthy control ones were detected by ELISA respectively. Results The expression of MMP -9 and MMP -2 in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than that of thyroid adenoma and healthy control （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while there was no significant difference between patients with thyroid adenoma and healthy control in the expression of MMP -9 and MMP -2.
