| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨柔肝泻脂方对脂肪肝大鼠主动脉脂质的影响.方法:以高脂饮食建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,然后用柔肝泻脂方进行治疗,实验结束进行主动脉匀浆脂质的检测.结果:柔肝泻脂方能明显降低高脂饮食大鼠的主动脉匀浆胆固醇的含量(P＜0.01).结论:柔肝泻脂方具有降低主动脉脂质沉积的作用,提示对防治血管粥样斑块具有一定作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of Rougan Xiezhi Recipe(RGXZR)on preventing the lipidosis of aorta in fatty liver of rats.Methods:Rats were fed on high-fat diet for 6 weeks to make up the non-alcoholic fatty liver model of rats,then given RGXZR. All the rats were killed at the end of the 10th week,TG,CHOL in aorta homogenate and were determined. Result:RGXZR can decrease the level of aortic CHOL(P<0.01).Couclusion:RGXZR can reduce the content of aortic lipoid,it is suggested that RGXZR have the action of inhibition of atheromatous plaque. |
