| 摘 要： | 41例糖尿病人和55例正常人测定了收缩时间间期和舒张时间间期。糖尿病人中[PEP]I,ICT,P/L值有意义的增加,而[Q-S_2]I,[LVET]I,A/E-O%,IRT,SFW/RFW与正常人无明显差异。P/L值异常发生率最高,达24.4%。故收缩时间间期,尤其P/L值可作为了解糖尿病心脏功能改变的较好临床指标。

| Abstract: | Systolic and diastolic time intervalswere examined in 41 diabetics and 55healthy subjects. pre-ejection periodindex (PEPI), isovolumic contractiontime (ICT), PEP to LVET ratio (P/L)were significantly increased in the dia-betic group. [Q-S_2]I, [LVET]I, a/E-O%, IRT, SFW/RFW showed no differencebetween the two groups. 24.4% of thepatients had an abnormal P/L ratio,indicating STI, especially P/L ratio,may be used as a better criterion forevaluation of the LV function in diabe-tics. |
