| 摘 要： | 探讨超声引导下经皮射频治疗肝癌的不良反应及其护理要点。154例患共进行182次治疗，平均每例患治疗1.18次，每次治疗5.74点。治疗后症状改善，肿瘤缩小。主要不良反应有：疼痛、出血、发热、肝功能轻度损害，胸水、腹水、腹泻、肝脓肿等，经严密观察，及早发现，及时处理，精心护理，均好转或治愈出院。

| Abstract: | The side effects of ultrasonic guided poly electrode percutaneous radiofrequencey ablation in treating hepatocarcinoma were analyzed and their nursing methods were evaluated. The treatment was carried out on 154 patients with hepatocarcinoma patients for 182 times. The average was 1.18 times on each patient and each time 5.74 locations of tumors received the treatment. After treatment, the symptoms were alleviated with the tumor downsizing. The main side effects included local pain, bleeding, fever, slight damage of hepatic function, ascites, diarrhea, liver abscess,etc. By close observation and nursing, these side effects were diagnosed and treated in early stage and the patients got recovered. |
