复治肺结核空洞的介入治疗

目的分析经电子支气管镜介入治疗复治肺结核空洞的临床疗效。方法治疗组采用内科化疗＋结核空洞局部灌注抗结核药物凝胶介入治疗，对照组单纯采用内科规范抗痨化疗，均完成21个月治疗疗程。结果治疗组治疗21个月后痰茵阴转率89．5％，病灶治疗有效率94．7％，空洞治疗有效率92．1％，明显高于对照组71．3％，66．3％，62．5％（P〈0．05）。治疗组未发现与介入治疗有关的严重不良反应。结论经电子支气管镜介导下肺结核空洞局部灌注抗结核药物凝胶配合内科化疗，具有安全，并发症少，病人易接受等优点，胸片显示空洞闭合率高、病灶吸收快。

Interventional therapy of retreatment tuberculosis patients with pulmonary cavity

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effects intervential therapy on cavitary pulmonary retreatment tuberculosis by electronic bronchial lens.
