| 摘 要： | 报道2例涎沫念珠菌引起的甲真菌病,均为女性（31岁和39岁）,临床表现类似,均为手指甲的远侧甲下甲真菌病伴甲分离,真菌直接镜检见芽孢和菌丝。

| Abstract: | Two cases of onychomycosis due to Candida zeylanoides are described. There were similarities in the cases, both patients were female(one aged 31 and the other 39) and both were distal lateral subungual onychomycosis(DLSO) with onycholysis in fingers. In direct microscopy, blastospores and hyphae were presented. |
