| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌普查中钼靶摄影的应用价值。方法对1107例女性进行乳腺癌钼靶摄影普查,并对普查时的注意事项进行总结。结果1107例中发现乳腺癌4例,其中3例患者临床症状、体征均阴性。结论钼靶摄影在乳腺癌普查中具有重要价值。普查中,要加强对读片这一关键环节的质量管理;重视间隔期癌及钼靶摄影与其他影像学方法的结合。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the practical value of radiography with molybdenum target tube in mass screening of breast cancer .Methods We screened 1 107 women by radiography with molybdenum target tube and summarized the key points of mass screening.Results Breast cancer was found in 4 cases,3 of whom presented negative clinical symptom and physical sign.Conclusion Radiography with molybdenum target tube is of great value in mass screening of breast cancer.It is important to strengthen the management of radiography with molybdenum target tube in mass screening of breast cancer and to set great store by the combination of radiography with molybdenum target tube and other imageology. |
