| 摘 要： | 恶心呕吐是化疗病人最常见的不良反应，预期性恶心呕吐（ANV）发生在给予化疗药物前12h，25％～50％的化疗病人由于ANV延迟或中断化疗。现从ANV的概念、影响因素、护理干预等方面对ANV的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Nausea and vomiting is the most common adverse effect of patients undergoing chemotherapy. The anticipatory nausea and vomiting （ANV） occurs 12h before chemotherapeutics administration. And 25% to 50% of patients were delayed or interrupted their chemotherapy because of the ANV. It reviewed the research progress on ANV from aspects of the concept, influencing factors and nursing intervention on ANV. |
