Talking on practice and thinking about patient- centered service in American hospitals

During visiting to American, we know that comparatively perfect health care service system for senile people have been set up in American hospitals to suit to both the development trend of society aging and health care demand of people. Comprehensive and all-round medical service has been carried out. Service taches are judgmatical and perfect and the quality management of which have been improved continuously. The service idea of patient-centered has been practiced better. Therefore, we considered that for enhancing nursing care in China, one should provide multi-dimensional service, simplify the procedure of seeing a doctor, carry out humanistic nursing care, and set up a nursing intervention system to settle specific problems.
