硫氮(卄卓)酮对肥厚型心肌病患者左心室舒张早期血流传播速度的影响

目的检测硫氮[艹卓]酮对肥厚型心肌病（HCM）左心室舒张早期血流传播速度（Vp）的影响。方法健康志愿者23例，非梗阻型HCM患者21例。HCM患者口服硫氮[艹卓]酮90mg，每日1次，共4周。彩色M-型多普勒测定用药前后Vp变化。结果与正常组相比，HCM组Vp明显减小（P〈0．01）；服药4周后，Vp明显增加（P〈0．01）。结论硫氮[艹卓]酮使HCM患者Vp增加，表明Vp对评价药物对左心室舒张功能治疗效应具有重要应用价值。

Diltiazem Effects on Left Ventricular Early Diastolic Flow Propagation Velocity in Patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

Objective To investigate the effects of diltiazem on left ventricular early diastolic flow propagation velocity(V_P)in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM).Methods Twenty-three healthy volunteers and 21 patients with non-obstructive HCM were enrolled.Patients with HCM were treated with diltiazem administered 90 mg per day for 4 weeks,V_P was measured using color M-mode Doppler before and after administration of diltiazem.Results Compared with the control group,V_P was lower in HCM group(P<0.01),After 4 week administration of diltiazem in HCM group,V_P was increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusions Diltiazem causes V_P to be increased in patients with HCM,which demonstrated that Vp is important in assessing the drug effects on left ventricular diastolic function.
