| 摘 要： | Skp2是F-box蛋白家族中的一员,对正常细胞周期起调控作用,主要通过泛素蛋白酶体途径,对细胞周期素依赖性蛋白激酶抑制物中的p27的降解调控.研究发现,Skp2与多种肿瘤的发生密切相关.此文就Skp2在消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 (Skp2) belongs to the family of F-box proteins, which is involved in ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis. Skp2 is required for G1-S transition, targeting p27 for ubiquitination. It has been demonstrated that Skp2 is close associated with the development of many cancers. In this article, recent progress of Skp2 in the tumor of human digestive system is reviewed. |
