摘    要:目的探讨耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)菌株的分布、耐药性,指导临床合理用药。方法选择2009年9月至2012年9月苍山县人民医院细菌室分离的金黄色葡萄球菌(SA),采用全自动微生物分析仪ATBExpression进行细菌鉴定和药敏分析。结果2009年9月至2012年9月苍山县人民医院细菌室分离的金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)220株,MRSA为116株,占52.73%。MRsA对临床常用抗生素具多重耐药性,对青霉素、红霉素、克林霉素耐药率较高,分别为96.55%、84.48%和70.69%。92株MRSA主要分布于呼吸内科、ICU病房,主要分离自痰、创面分泌物、脓等送检标本中。结论MRSA对大部分抗菌药物仍维持较高的耐药率,定期监测临床标本中分离的MRSA耐药率,合理使用抗菌药物,延缓SA临床株耐药性的增长,控制医院感染的发生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the drug resistance and pathogenicity of clinic isolated Methieillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), so as to guide the using of drug reasonably. Methods The staphylococcus aureus (SA) separated by bacteriological labororatory during September,2009-September,2012 was selected and identified by the automatic microorganism analyzer (ATE, Expression). The drug sensitive test was performed by paper diffusion method (Kirby-E'auer). Results One hundred and sixteen strains of MRSA from 220 strains Staphylococcus aureus were sepa- rated, accounting for 52.73% .Multiple drug resistance of MRSA to more commonly prescribed antibiotics was found. MRSA had higher drug resistance to penicillin, erythrocin and clidamycin, accounting for 96.55%, 84.48% and 70.69 %. 92 strains of MRSA samples mainly came from the department of respiratory and ICU, that existed in specimens such as sputum,wound secretions and pus,etc. Conclusion MRSA still maintain higher resistance to most of the anti microbial drugs. In order to delay the growth of drug resistance of SA and control the incidence of nosocomial infection and prevalence,the resistance of MRSA separated from smples should be monitored regularly and antibacterial should be used reasonably.
