2010年福建省边远山区育龄妇女乙型肝炎知识、态度、行为及预防行为的影响因素调查

目的]探讨福建省边远山区育龄妇女的乙肝知识、态度与行为状况,分析乙肝预防行为的影响因素,为乙肝健康教育提供依据。方法]2010年6月,在福建省北部边远山区政和县、武夷山市,抽取784名15～49岁的育龄妇女进行有关乙肝知识、态度、行为的问卷调查,并运用非条件Logistic回归分析影响乙肝预防行为的因素。结果]调查784人,乙肝知识知晓率为84.96%,态度正向率为86.58%,乙肝疫苗接种率为60.71%。非条件Logistic回归分析表明,引入乙肝知识、态度及个体因素后,乙肝知识、态度、文化程度对乙肝预防行为(乙肝疫苗接种)有影响,OR值分别为2.276、1.403、1.698。结论]福建省北部边远山区育龄妇女乙肝知识、态度较好,乙肝疫苗接种率不高;乙肝知识、态度有利于乙肝预防行为。

Survey on Hepatitis B Knowledge,Attitudes, Behavior and the Influencing Factors in the Preventive Behavior of Women of Childbearing Age in Remote Mountainous Areas of Fujian Province, 2010

Objective]To investigate the hepatitis B knowledge, attitudes and behavior of women of childbearing age in the remote mountainous areas of Fujian province,analyze the behavior of hepatitis B prevention mechanisms,so as to provide the basis for the hepatitis B health education. I-Methods]In June 2010,in Zhenghe county,Wuyishan city of the northern part of remote mountainous areas of Fujian province,picking up 784 15-49-year-old women of childbearing age for the questionnaire of hepatitis B knowledge, attitude and behavior, using the non-conditional logistic regression to analyze the behavioral factors of hepatitis B prevention behavior. Results]In the 784 women, the rate of hepatitis B awareness was 84.96 %, the rate of the forward attitude was 86.58%, the rate of hepatitis B vaccination was 60.71%. The results of unconditioned Logistic regression analysis showed that the hepatitis B knowledge, attitudes, educational level were the impacted factors on hepatitis B prevention behavior（hepatitis B vaccination）, OR values were 2. 276,1. 403,1. 698 with introducting of hepatitis B knowledge, attitudes, and individual factors. Conclusion] The hepatitis B knowledge rate, attitude rate of women of childbearing age in the northern part of Fujian province in remote mountainous areas is high, but the hepatitis B vaccination rate is not high;hepatitis B knowledge,attitudes are conducive to behaviors of hepatitis B prevention.
