2008-2011年安徽某高校学生传染病流行情况分析

目的]了解某校大学生传染病发病情况，探讨其流行规律，做好在校大学生传染病的预防控制工作。方法]收集某高校2008-2011年在校大学生传染病患病登记资料和传染病疫情报告资料，从流行概况、发病顺位、性别分布、月份分布和年级分布等方面分析预防的重点。结果]2008～2011年某校学生传染病总发病率为19．23／万，190例传染病以其他感染性腹泻、肺结核、急性出血性结膜炎和细菌性痢疾为主；传染病总发病率男生高于女生（P〈0．01）；发病高峰为6月，占总病例数的21．58％；本科大一、大二学生的发病率均高于大三、大四和研究生的发病率（P〈0．01）。结论]某校低年级大学生传染病的发病率高于高年级学生。

Epidemiologicai Analysis on Infectious Diseases Among Students in a University of Anhui, 2008-2011

Objective]To understand the incidence of infectious diseases among college students, explore the law of epi- demic,so as to provide scientific bases for prevention and control of infectious diseases among college students. Methods] Registration information and the reported information of college students infectious disease in a university during 2008- 2011 were collected. The focus of prevention was analyzed in epidemic situation,incidence ranking, sex distribution,month- ly distribution, and grade distribution. Results]There were 190 cases reported in the four years and the overall incidence of infectious diseases in college students was 19.23/10 000. The leading infectious diseases were other than cholera caused infectious diarrhea, tuberculosis,acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis and bacillary dysentery. The overall incidence of infec- tious diseases of boys was higher than that of girls（ P 〈0.01）. June of each year was the peak season of incidence and its proportion was 21.58%. The incidence of infectious diseases in freshman and sophomore was higher than that of the jun- ior, senior and graduate（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion]The incidence of infectious diseases of the lower grades students is high- er than that of the higher grades students.
