2011年黔东南州390名8月龄至6岁健康儿童麻疹血清抗体水平调查

目的了解黔东南州8月龄至6岁健康儿童麻疹抗体水平，为控制麻疹提供科学依据。方法2011年6～7月，在黔东南州抽取锦屏县、剑河县和凯里市的390名8月龄至6岁健康儿童进行血清麻疹IgG抗体水平检测。结果检测390人，麻疹IgG抗体阳性的349人，阳性率为89．49％；抗体几何平均滴度为1：890．54，其中滴度≥1：800（达到保护水平）者253人，占64．87％。各年龄组血清麻疹抗体阳性率均在85％以上，达到保护水平者所占比例均在59％以上。麻疹抗体阳性率，接种麻疹疫苗1针次的为84．31％，接种2针次的为92．83％（P〈O．01）；男性为89．54％，女性为89．40％（P〉0．05）；凯里市为87．74％，剑河县为87．50％，锦屏县为92．81％（P〉0．05）；汉族为88．00％，苗族为89．15％，侗族为91．43％（P〉0．05）。结论黔东南州8月龄至6岁健康儿童麻疹抗体水平不高。

Survey on the Serum Antibody Level of Measles Among 390 Healthy Children Aged 8 Months to 6 Years Old,Qiandong- nan Prefecture

Objective To understand the serum antibody level of measles among healthy children aged 8 months-6 years old in Qiandongnan prefecture,so as to provide scientific basis for measles control. Methods During June-July, 2011 -390 healthy children aged 8 months-6 years old were sampled to detect the serum antibody levels of measles IgG. in Jinping eounty,Jianhe county,and Kaili city in Qiandongnan prefecture. Results Of 39O detected,349 childreffs test re- sults of measles IgG antibody were positive,the positive rate was 89.49% ;Antibody Geometric Mean Titer（ GMT ）was 1 = 890.54, the GMT ~-1 ~ 800 （reach the protection level） in 253 children, accounting for 64.87 %. Serum positive rate of measles antibody among all age groups were above 85 %, the proportion of protection level was above 59 %. Measles anti- body positive rate of measles vaccines inoculated 1 dose was 84.31% ,inoculated 2 doses was 92.83% （ P〈0.01） male 89. 54% ,female 89.40% （P 〈0.05）;Kaili city was 87.74% ,Jianhe county was 87.50% ,Jinping county was 92.81% （ P 〈0.05） ;Han nationality was 88.00%, Miao was 89.15% ,and Dong was 91.43% （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum antibody level among healthy children aged 8 months to 6 years old is not high in Qiandongnan prefecture.
