2011年天津市河北区居民死亡监测资料分析

目的了解天津市河北区2011年居民的死亡水平与死亡原因，为制定慢性病综合防治策略和措施提供依据。方法对河北区2011年居民死因监测资料进行分析。结果2011年河北区居民死亡5311人，死亡率为840．99／10万。居民死亡率，男性为904．35／10万，女性为776．59／10万；0岁为669．77／10万，1～4岁为37．93／10万，5～9岁为0．oo／10万，10～19岁为15．88／10万，此后逐渐上升，60～69岁迅速上升为1053．19／10万，≥80岁最高为7286．06／10万。居民死亡率最高的前5位死因，依次是心脏病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病和内分泌疾病，合计死亡数占全部死亡数的92．39％。各种死因的合计减寿率为83．11‰，减寿率最高的是恶性肿瘤（28．17‰）、心脏病（20．28％o）、脑血管病（13．92％。）。结论2011年河北区居民死亡率较高，心脏病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病为主要死因。

Analysis on Death Monitoring Data Among Residents in Hebei District, Tianjin City, 2011

Abstract： Objective To understand the residents＇ death level and the causes of death lived in Hebei district,Tianjin city,2011,so as to provide basis for making the chronic disease comprehensive prevention and control strategies and meas- ures. Methods Analysis was made on the residents＂ death monitoring data of Hebei district,2011. Results In 2011, the residents＂ death number of Hebei district was 5 311, the mortality was 840.99/105 , the mortality of males was 904.35/ 105 ,the mortality of females was 776.59/105. The residents mortality, the 0 years group was 669.77/105, 1-4years old group was 37.93/105 ,5 9 years old group was 0.00/105 ,10-19 years old group was 15.88/105 ,the residents mortality in- creased gradually from this group, the mortality increased fast in 60-69 years group（1 053.19/105）, the group above 80 years was the highest（7 286.06/105 ）. The top 5 leading causes of death in the residents were heart disease, tumor, cere- brovascular disease,respiratory diseases and endocrine system disease, the death caused by these diseases accounted for 92.39% in all death people. Among tumor,the mortality of lung cancer was highest（87.73/10^5） ,followed by liver cancer （25.49/10^5）. The total of Rate of PYLL was 83.112, the rate of PYI.L of tumor was highest（28. 17%.）, followed by heart disease（20.28%.） ,the rate of PYLL of cerebrovascular disease was 13.92%.. Conclusion The residents＇mortality of Hebei district is higher in 2011 ,the major death causes are heart disease,tumor,and cerebrovascular disease.
