2008-2011年新泰市娱乐场所女性从业人员艾滋病相关知识、行为情况调查

目的了解新泰市娱乐场所女性从业人员艾滋病相关知识认知情况、安全套使用与求医情况，为制定干预措施提供依据。方法2008-2011年每年10～12月，在新泰市辖区随机整群选择娱乐场所，对场所内所有女性从业人员1144人进行调查。结果2008-2011年合计调查1144人，艾滋病相关知识知晓率为93．55％，各年份分别调查360、266、253、265人，艾滋病相关知识知晓率分别为93．87％、96．46％、91．14％、92．5I％（P〈0．01）；最近1次、最近3个月、最近6个月与客人发生性关系时每次都用安全套的比例平均为98．34％、96．42％、95．37％，不同年份最近1次、最近3个月每次都使用、最近6个月每次都用安全套的比例差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；曾经接受安全套的发放的占94．32％；接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测的占94．06％；在有性病症状的41人中，去性病专科门诊就诊的占24．39％，去综合医院就诊的占56．10％，去私人诊所就诊者占9．76％。结论2008-2011年新泰市娱乐场所女性从业人员艾滋病相关知识知晓率、安全套使用率均较高。

Survey on AIDS -related Knowledge and Behavior Among FSWsin Entertainment Places, Xintai City, 2008-2011

Objective To understand the cognition level of HIV/AIDS knowledge,condom use and status of medical service seeking among the FSWsin entertainment places in Xintai city,so as to provide basis for intervention measures. Methods A total of 1 144 female employees were selected to conduct a survey at entertainment places in Xintai city,dur- ing October-December,2008-2011. Results Of 1 144 female sex workers surveyed during 2008-2011,the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 93.55 %. 360,266,253, and 265 female sex workers were surveyed and the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 93.87% ,96.46% ,91.14% ,and 92.51%（ P 〈0.01）respectively. The rate of condom use in the latest commercial sex behavior,in the last 3 commercial sex behaviors,in the last 6 commercial sex behaviors was 98.34 %, 96.42 %,and 95.37 % respectively,There were no significant differences in the rate of condom use in the latest commercial sex behaviosr, in the last 3 commercial sex behaviors,in the last 6 commercial sex behaviors （ P 〉0.05）during 2008-2011 ;94.32 % of 1 144 had received condoms, 94.06 % had received VCT;the proportion of selecting STD specialize- d hospital, the general hospital, private clinics was 24.39 %, 56.10% ,and 9.76% in 41 FSWs with STD symptoms. Con- clusion The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge and the rate of condom use is higher in FSWs at entertainment places in Xintai city,2008-2011.
