2011年广州市越秀区居民油炸食品摄入情况调查

目的]了解广州市越秀区居民油炸食品的摄入情况,为制定减少居民摄入油炸食品的干预措施提供依据。方法]2011年7月,在越秀区抽取3个街道的425名城市居民进行调查。结果]调查425人,调查前3个月内,油炸食品摄入率为69.41%,全部调查人群油炸食品每人每日摄入量P50、P25、P75分别为10.26、4.05、21.10g。油炸食品摄入率和摄入量,男性与女性的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同职业、不同文化程度、不同年龄人群的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在校学生油炸食品的摄入率高达76.57%,摄入量的P25、P50、P75分别为6.32、15.33、31.12g/人日。全部调查人群油炸食品摄入率与摄入量较高的依次为炸鸡翅鸡腿、汉堡、炸薯条。结论]越秀区居民油炸食品摄入水平较高,在校学生的摄入率与摄入量均很高。

Survey on Fried Food Intake Among Residents, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City, 2011

,Objective]To investigate fried food consumption of residents in Yuexiu district of GuangZhou city,order to provide information for making intervention measures to reduce fried food intake. Methods]A total of 425 residents in Yuexiu district were sampled for the fried food intake questionnaire survey. Results]During May-July, 2011,425 residents were investigated and the intake rate of fried food was 69.41%. The fried food intake of 425 residents per day was P25, P 50 and P75,4.05 g, 10.26 g, 21.10 g. There was no difference between male and female in fried food intake（P〉0.05）. Fried food intake was impacted by the profession,cultural level and age（ P 〈0.01）. ,Conclusion]Fried food intake among Yuexiu district residents is high,and fried food intake among the school students is highest.
