2012年山东省医政监督人员结构调查

目的了解山东省医政监督人员的基本构成情况。方法利用Excel表格对数据进行收集整理，用SPSS16．0对山东省医政监督人员的基本数据进行相关分析。结果2012年山东省共有医政监督员783名，其中623名（占79．57％）隶属于卫生监督机构，其他属于卫生局；全省医政监督人员的男女比例为2．89：1，市、县两级男女比例差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），公共卫生和预防医学在医政监督员的专业分布中所占比例最大，其次为临床医学；在医政监督人员的学历、学位、职称方面，市、县两级之间，东、中、西部之间，均存在较为明显的差异（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论山东省医政监督人员队伍建设日趋合理，但仍存在专业分布不合理、人员专业技术水平不高等问题，今后应当采取有效措施促使医政监督人员队伍进一步合理。

Survey on the Personnel Structure of Health Administration and Supervision Team, Shandong Province, 2012

bjective To understand the basic composition of the inspectors from health administration ＆ supervi- sion team in Shandong province. Methods Data were collected and sorted with EXCEL and SPSS 16.0 was used to ana- lyze the relevant date of inspectors from health administration ＆ supervision team in Shandong province. Results There were altogether 783 health inspectors in Shandong province,with 79.57 %belonged to the health supervisory organs, and the rest belonged to health departments of the prefectures and counties in 2012. In terms of gender proportion among the inspectors,the ratio was 2.89 ： 1 as male to female（ P 〈0.01）;as to the professions,the public health and preventive medicine were ranked the first and clinical medicine were ranked the second. Significant difference and diversity existed in educational background, academic degree and professional titles among the inspectors at prefecture and county levels. And the same phenomena can be found among the east,middle and west parts of Shandong province（ P 〈0.01 or 〈0.05）. Conclusion The composition of health inspector team becomes gradually more and more rationalized in Shandong prov- ince, although some problems still exist, such as unreasonable distribution of professions and poor accomplishments of the inspectors. Effective measurements are necessary to make the inspector team more rationalized.
