摘    要:目的建立HPLC法测定阿咖盼胶囊中三种成分的含量。方法 采用Phenomenex C18色谱柱,以甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(65:35)(用三乙胺调节pH至3.5)为流动相.柱温为室温,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长272nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚在1.263μg~6.316μg范围内与相应峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为100.45%,RSD为0.95%;阿司匹林在2.305μg~11.525μg范围内与相应峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9990),平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为1.2%;咖啡因在0.302pg~1.510μg范围内与相应峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.20%.RSD为0.8%。结论方法简便,结果准确.可作为本品质量和含量测定控制方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE A HPLC method for the content determination of paracetamol, caffeine and aspirin in Aka-fen capsules by HPLC was established. METHODS The determination was performed on Phenomenex C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid solution (65:35)(pH was adjusted to 3.5 with triethylamine) at ambient temperature.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 272nm. RESULTS The paracetamol curve was linear in the range from 1.263ttg to 6. 316μg(r = 0. 9994)and the average recovery was 100.45 % ( RSD = 0.95 96 ) . The aspirin curve was linear in the range from 2. 305μg to 11. 525μg(r = 0. 9990)and the average recovery was 99.20 % (RSD = 1.2 % ). The caffeine curve was linear in the range from 0.302μg to 1.510μg (r = 0.9999)and the average recovery was 101.20% (RSD = 0.8%) . CONCLUSION The methods is simple and reliable. It is suitable for the content control of Aka-fen capsules.
