135例精神分裂症自杀未遂的病例对照研究

目的：探讨精神分裂症患者自杀行为的危险因素。方法：对135例有自杀行为和733例无自样行为的精神分裂症患者进行病例对照研究，结果：精神分裂症偏执型，有阳性自杀家族史和病前负性生活事件，多次复发住院及有幻觉，妄想，抑郁等阳性症状的患者有较高的自杀危险性，与对照组比较，差异具有显著性（P＜0．01），结论：精神分裂症偏执型，阳性自杀家族史，病前负性生活事件，多次复发住院，幻觉，妄想，抑郁应视为精神分裂症患者自杀的危险因素。

Contrast Study of 135 Cases of Schizophrenia Patients Attempting Suicide

Objective To understand the risk factors for suicide behavior in schizophrenia patients.Methods 135 cases of schezophrenia patients with suicide behavior and 733 cases of schizophrenia patients without suicide behavior were studied.Results Paranoid type of schizophrenia patients and those who have positive family history of suicide, negative life events before onset , repeatedly hospitalizations history and other positive symptoms such as hallucinations, delusion and depressions had a high risk of suicide.Comparing with the control group, there were significant differences (P0.01).Conclusions Paranoid type of schizophrenia, positive family history of suicide, negative life events before onset, repeatedly hospitalizations, hallucination, delusion and depression should be considered the risk factors for suicide of schizophrenia patients.
