摘    要:目的分析深圳市宝安区职业病危害因素,为更好的做好职业病预防工作提供科学依据。方法分析最近13年来诊断的职业病资料、危害因素构成以及日常的监测与健康检查结果。结果三氯乙烯、正己烷等有机溶剂引起的职业中毒是本地区的主要职业病病种,增长速度最快,矽肺病与噪声危害也不容忽视。结论有机溶剂是本地区危害最严重的职业病因素,应加强个体防护与健康教育,做好就业前健康检查,减少职业病的发生。

Abstract:Objective To analyze occupational hazard of Baoan District in Shenzhen City and to provide basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods All patients with occupational exposure diagnosed in the recent 13 years were studied objects, and the incidence and mortality rate and routine monitoring data were analyzed. Results The majority of occupational diseases was induced by organic solvents, which were the predominant occupational hazard factor here(constituted 89.2% of the cases). Trichloroethylene and n-hexane were the two important organic solvents. Silicosis was also an important occupational disease with a constituent ratio of 6.7%. Conclusion Occupational poisoning by organic solvents, such as trichloroethylene and n-hexane are the main occupational diseases in Baoan District; and the health education and prevention should be strengthened and improved.
