广州市某小学学生营养水平和视力不良调查分析

目的　了解广州市某小学学生的营养状况及视力不良的情况 ,探究预防危害小学生的常见病和高发病率的办法。方法　取样 10 80名 7～ 12岁的小学生 ,调查分析其营养状态和视力不良情况。结果　营养不良率为 14 . 5 4 % ,而肥胖率为 2 6 . 4 8% ,视力不良率为 2 0. 37%。在女生中的营养不良率和视力不良率显著高于男生 (P <0 . 0 1)。而男生中的肥胖率显著高于女生 (P <0. 0 5 )。结论　小学生的健康状况不可忽视 ,对其营养状态及不良视力应予更多的关注。

SURVEY ON PUPILS' NUTRITION STATUS AND MAL-EYESIGHT IN A PRIMARY SCHOOLOF GUANGZHOU CITY

Objective To learn the pupils’ nutrition stat us and mal-eyesight situation of primary school in Guangzhou and to explore the measures to prevent common disorders and high morbidity endangering the pupils. Methods Whole group sample collected 1 080 pupils 7～12 yea rs old and investigated nutrition status and mal-eyesight situation. Res ults The rate of malnutrition is 14.54% while the rate of obesity was 2 6.48%. The rate of mal-eyesight was 20.37%. The rate of malnutrition and mal-e yesight of female students is significantly higher than that of the femaleones. The rate of obesity of male students is significantly higher than that of the fe male ones. Conclusion The health status of the pupils should n ot be ignored. Much more attention should be paid to nutritional status and mal- eyesight situation of pupils.
