| Abstract: | Moral behaviors in the medical service activities have a great influence on the medical service quality among hospitals.Certain expense is needed to be paid in order to promote the medical treatment quality.Medical treatment quality cost is known as the expense paid to maintain or improve medical treatment quality,and it should be considered as an important factor in the process of ethics-based decision-making and medical service decision-making.A correct measurement of medical service cost and its decision-making based on the viewpoint of medical ethics is the key point in promoting the value of medical service from a strategic perspective among medical institutions. |
