后路椎弓根钉系统联合cage融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症85例围术期护理

目的:探讨后路椎弓根钉系统联合cage融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症围术期护理方法.方法:对85例腰椎间盘突出症患者,经临床症状、体征和影像资料明确诊断且具有手术指征采用后路椎弓根钉系统联合cage融合术治疗,进行针对性的术前护理和术后护理.结果:所有病例症状明显改善,术后1周按Nakai评分标准:优53例,良17例,可13例,差2例.所有病例进行随访,其中18例随访4年,23例随访1年,32例随访6个月,12例随访超过3个月.所有随访病例按Nakai评分标准:优56例,良22例,可6例,差1例.两组间参数比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:椎弓根螺钉技术和cage椎间融合术联合应用治疗腰椎间盘突出症可增加脊柱稳定性,提高植骨融合率及早期下床活动的优点,提高各项护理质量对促进患者全面恢复具有至关重要的意义.
