| 摘 要： | 目的:观察鼻咽癌高癌家系成员中医体质特征。方法:建立中医体质证候分类标准,分别调查鼻咽癌高癌家系核心成员、鼻咽癌高癌家系鼻咽癌患者的中医体质类型,并以散发性鼻咽癌患者(外对照组)及高癌家系已婚核心成员配偶(内对照组)进行中医病理体质的对照研究。结果:鼻咽癌高癌家系核心成员中医体质证候类型主要表现为正常质和气虚质,而内对照组成员则多表现为正常质,高癌家系鼻咽癌患者多表现为气虚质、失调热质和复合质,散发性鼻咽癌患者多表现为气虚质和复合质,后三者各组间比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。而将高癌家系核心成员中医体质类型与外对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。51例高癌家系核心成员中,共有复合质7例,其中虚热质4例,虚湿质、湿热质、虚热瘀质各1例;而内对照组成员则未见复合质者。高癌家系鼻咽癌患者17例中,共有复合质7例,其中虚热质1例,虚湿质2例,湿热质3例,虚热瘀质1例,与高癌家系核心成员比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。外对照组成员34例中,有复合质6例,其中虚湿质3例,虚寒质1例,湿热质2例,与高癌家系核心成员及高癌家系鼻咽癌患者比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05...
