| 摘 要： | 目的探讨P16在乳腺癌及乳腺腺病中的表达变化与临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法，分别检测乳腺癌52例及乳腺腺病15例组织中P16的表达情况，分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果P16在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率为44．2％（23／52），乳腺腺病为73．3％（11／15），其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），并且其阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈0．05）。结论P16基因的异常表达，可能导致肿瘤细胞增殖活性增加，促进肿瘤的发生；而且可能是导致乳腺癌淋巴结转移的重要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of P16 in the breast cancer and adenosis and clinicopathologic features. Methods The expression of P16 was detected in 52 patients with breast cancer,15 patients with adenosis by the immunohistochemical staining. Results The frequency of P16 staining in breast cancer was 44.2%(23/52),being significantly higher than that of in adenosis73.3%(11/15)(P<0.05).
