| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨碱性磷酸酶在佝偻病早期治疗中的应用。方法筛选2005-01~12期间,在我院儿科门诊就诊的180例佝偻病患儿与100例正常儿童。依据按卫生部1986-05下发的《婴幼儿佝偻病防治方案》中拟订的简易诊断标准进行初步检查。结果BALP对佝偻病早期诊断具有较高的临床诊断价值。结论BALP检测对佝偻病诊断具有敏感度高,特异性强,简便快速之优点,再结合佝偻病简易诊断标准既可以减少漏诊和误诊。有利于早期发现,早期诊断,早期治疗。还可以对佝偻病进行分期,指导治疗及监测。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application of bone alkaline phosphatase in early diagnosis of rickets.Methods 180 cases of screened rickets patient from January to December 2005 and 100 normal children were primary detected according to the diagnostic standard of healthy administration program in 1986.Results The BALP had much higher diagnostic value in early stage of rickets.Conclusion The BALP detection might be sensitive,higher specificity and simplicity which might reduce the misdiagnosis when combined with the program.The early finding and diagnosis might be benefit the treatment as well as the staging and monitoring. |
