摘    要:目的 通过对板蓝根的性状和显微鉴别研究,为板蓝根的等级划分、标准研究、市场监管等工作提供参考依据。方法 在全国范围内收集61批次不同产地的板蓝根原药材,应用体式显微及光学显微等技术对性状特征和显微特征进行观察、数字化表征和比较。结果 61批次的板蓝根分成6个不同的类型。结合药典标准和相关文献,初步建立板蓝根的等级划分标准。结论 该方法简单、可靠,可以为板蓝根的等级划分、标准研究提供参考依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the macroscopic and microscopic identification of Isatidis Radix, and offer reference for grade classification, standard drafting and market supervision of this drug. METHODS Sixty-one batches of Isatidis Radix samples were collected from different habitats in China. Then, the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of different samples were observed, digitized and compared using stereo-microscopic and optical microscopic methods. RESULTS The Isatidis Radix samples were divided into six different types based on macroscopic and microscopic characteristics. Combining with the monograph of Chinese Pharmacopeia and the related literatures, the grading standard of Isatidis Radix was preliminarily established. CONCLUSIONT The method is simple and reliable and can provide reference for the grade classification and standard research of Isatidis Radix.
