基于传统水煎煮工艺的当归中挥发性成分藁本内酯的量值传递研究

摘    要:目的 基于传统水煎煮工艺,研究处方中当归药材-饮片-当归补血汤水煎液中藁本内酯的量值传递关系。方法 以藁本内酯成分含量及转移率为指标,研究处方中当归药材-饮片-全方水煎液的量值传递关系。结果 当归药材、饮片及全方水煎液中藁本内酯质量分数范围分别为0.958 5%~1.572 7%、0.608 9%~0.815 6%、0.035 6%~0.055 9%;当归中挥发性成分藁本内酯从药材到饮片的转移率51.84%~66.07%,平均转移率为60.82%;饮片到全方水煎液的藁本内酯转移率4.94%~8.78%,平均转移率为6.46%。结论 传统水煎煮工艺提取的中药复方中仍保留挥发性成分,且质量均一稳定,可为含挥发性成分中药在复方制剂的工艺设计与质量控制方面提供参考。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the quality value transmitting relationship of ligustilide between medical herbs-decoction pieces-whole decoction of Angelicae Sinensis Radix (ASR) based on traditional decoction process. METHODS The content and the transfer rate of ligustilide were used as indicators to analyze the quality value transmitting relationship between medical herbs-decoction pieces-whole decoction of ASR. RESULTS The content ranges of ligustilide in medical herbs, decoction pieces and whole decoction were 0.958 5%-1.572 7%, 0.608 9%-0.815 6% and 0.035 6%-0.055 9%. The transfer rate of ligustilide from medical herbs to decoction pieces was between 51.84% and 66.07%, the average transfer rate was 60.82%; the transfer rate of ligustilide from decoction pieces to whole decoction was between 4.94% and 8.78%, the average transfer rate was 6.46%. CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicine compounds based on traditional decoction process remain volatile components, and METHODS were simple, accurate, stable and sensitive,and can provide a reference for the transformation and development of modern preparations which contain volatile components.
