摘    要:目的 对覆盆子的性状和显微特征进行探究并进行数字化表征。方法 应用体式荧光显微镜及数码成像技术对该药材聚合果及小核果的外观性状(正面观、侧面观、顶面观、基面观、表面构造)及内在构造(横剖面、纵剖面)进行观察和表征。应用光学显微镜对其显微组织(横切面、粉末)特征进行观察和表征。应用扫描电镜技术对其表面结构及横剖面特征进行深入探究。结果 进一步对覆盆子的性状及显微特征进行明确并数字化表达;对资料尚存异议的几点特征进行明确:中果皮细胞为5~11列;维管束存于内果皮脊状突起的外侧;子叶细胞中有簇晶。结论 本研究为覆盆子其混伪品的鉴别以及市场监管检验、标准修订提供了一定的科学依据,为聚合果类药材性状和显微鉴定特征数字化表征规范的建立,以及智能识别技术的应用探索奠定基础,为中药数字标本平台提供资料。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of Rubi Fructus and to carry out digital characterization. METHODS The appearance properties (front view, side view, top view, base view and surface structure) and internal structure (transverse surface and longitudinal surface) of the aggregate fruit and drupe were observed and characterized by stereofluorescence microscope and digital imaging technology. The microstructure (transverse section, powder) was observed and characterized by optical microscope. The surface structure and transverse section characteristics were deeply studied by scanning electron microscopy. RESULTS The macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of Rubi Fructus were further clarified and digitally expressed. Several characteristics of the data were clarified:mesocarp cells were 5-11 rows. Vascular bundles exist outside the ridge like processes of endocarp. There are cluster crystals in cotyledon cells. CONCLUSIONT This study provides a certain scientific basis for the identification of Rubi Fructus and its adulterants, market supervision and inspection, and the revision of standards. It also lays a foundation for the establishment of digital characterization specifications for the macroscopic and microscopic identification characteristics of aggregate fruits, as well as the application and exploration of intelligent identification technology, and provides data for the digital specimen platform of traditional Chinese medicine.
