| 摘 要： | 目的分析睑板腺按摩对睑板腺功能障碍性干眼的干预价值。方法选取2018年9月至2019年10月门诊收治的300例睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者为治疗对象,依据数表分组法分为参照组(150例)和研究组(150例),参照组应用常规护理,研究组则在常规护理基础上联合睑板腺按摩干预,采用SPSS 22.0软件分析并比较两组睑缘、角膜荧光素染色评分以及泪膜破裂时间。结果干预后,与参照组对比,研究组的睑缘评分、角膜荧光素染色评分更低,且泪膜破裂时间更短(P<0.05)。结论睑板腺按摩可有效改善睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者采取睑板腺按摩干预,不仅能够有效改善眼睑板、眼表功能,还能够进一步提高泪膜结构稳定性。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the value of meibomain glands massage for the treatment of dry eyes with palpebral gland dysfunction.Methods 300 patients with dry eye due to meibomian gland function disorder were divided into control group(150 cases)and observing group(150 cases).The control group received the conventional nursing,the observing group were taken meibomian gland massage intervention combined with the conventional nursing.All data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the observing group had lower eyelid margin score and corneal fluorescein staining score,and the tear film rupture time was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Meibomain gland massage can effectively improve the conditions of dry eyes with eyelid gland dysfunction.Meibomain glands massage intervention can not only effectively improve the eyelid plate,ocular surface function,but also further improve the stability of tear film structure. |
