中药体外药理学研究方法与改进

通过总结现有中药体外药理学研究方法:含药血清法、含药脑脊液法和含药肠吸收液法的研究进展,比较各自优缺点,为更可靠的中药体外药理学研究新方法的探讨提供参考。针对含药肠吸收液法提出了改进思路与方法——含药肝孵育液法,并分析了其优缺点,为中药体外药理学实验方法的探索提供借鉴,促进中药药效物质和作用机制研究多模式发展。

Method and Improvement of in Vitro Pharmacology Research Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine

By summarizing the research progress of the existing in vitro pharmacology research METHODS of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) -medicated serum method, medicated cerebrospinal solution method and medicated intestinal absorption solution method, the advantages and disadvantages of each method were compared, to provide a reference for the discussion of new METHODS for more reliable in vitro pharmacology research of TCM. This article puts forward ideas for the improvement of medicated intestinal absorption solution method, and a new method of medicated liver incubation solution method was established to play a role in inducing more scientific in vitro pharmacological METHODS of TCM. It hopes to provide reference for the exploration of in vitro pharmacological experimental METHODS of TCM, and promote the development of multi-mode research on the pharmacodynamic substances and mechanism of TCM.
