基于天然多糖构建纳米药物递送系统的研究进展

摘    要:天然多糖来源广泛,是一类具有良好生物活性、生物相容性和生物可降解性的天然高分子材料,由于其亲水性好、荷电性、易被化学修饰等特殊性质,近年来基于天然多糖作为纳米递送载体参与构建纳米递送系统或以新型纳米递送载体搭载天然活性多糖提高纳米药物递送靶向性和疗效的研究工作在生物医药领域深受科学家们关注,已成为当前纳米药物研发的一个重点发展趋势。笔者整理国内外相关文献,对天然多糖作为纳米递送载体的制备原理与方法进行了阐述,并按真菌多糖、植物多糖、动物多糖、细菌多糖和藻类多糖等不同来源多糖进行分类,分别选取代表性研究实例对天然多糖构建纳米药物递送系统的研究进展进行了归纳和总结。

Abstract:Natural polysaccharides are a wide range of sources and a kind of natural polymer materials with good biological activity, biocompatibility and biodegradability. Due to its special properties such as good hydrophilicity, electrification and easy to be chemically modified, in recent years, the research work based on natural polysaccharide as nano delivery carrier to participate in the construction of nano delivery system or use new nano delivery carrier to carry natural active polysaccharide to improve the targeting and efficacy of nano drug delivery has attracted much attention in the field of biomedicine. In this paper, the preparation principles and methods of natural polysaccharides as nano delivery carriers are described by sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad, and they were classified according to different sources of polysaccharides such as fungal polysaccharides, plant polysaccharides, animal polysaccharides, bacterial polysaccharides and algal polysaccharides. Representative research examples were selected to summarize the research progress of natural polysaccharides in the construction of nano drug delivery system.
